How to get started with the Employer Brand Scan- The first step in this process is the intake.
We will explain the concept of our service as well as the report that we deliver as a result thereof. - The second step is research.
Our consultant will set up the tools to research your unique Employer Brand. This includes your secure (https) private webpage on our website where the data will be gathered via an online enquiry. We will provide you with the authentication methods to log in for selected groups of your management and your talent pool. The findings from the talent pool participants are made anonymous, but it will be possible to analyze the results across different segmentations like gender, functional area, business division etc. - After data has been gathered, the third step is processing and analyzing the data, with special attention for:
- Strengths and weaknesses of your Employer Brand (qualitative insights)
- Characteristics and attitudes of your (selected) employees
- Vision and ambition of your management regarding your Employer Brand
- Gaps in Today vs. Tomorrow as well as Management vs. Employees
