'Discovering the authentic key drivers along the personal and employer brand journey'

Bjorn was founder and COO of 'Central Park - group for growth' and director of Brand Republic, an advertising agency in the Netherlands. After 14 years in marketing communications he developed the Employer Brand Scan and the Employer Brand Monitor, both of which involve methods that make employer brands measurable.

He developed the Employer Brand Scan as a matching-engine between personal brands and employer brands based on shared values and cultural DNA, which was launched in 2009 within his privately owned and developed Dutch career portal werkenbijmerken.nl. Over more than 50 Employer Brands participate in this initiative, such as: Deloitte, Unilever, IBM, Sara Lee, AHOLD, Rabobank, ASML, Henkel, Heinz, Ernst&Young, Accenture, Achmea, Atos origin, Logica and Erasmus mc. Bjorn studied Communications & Management at the HU University of Applied Sciences, Utrecht.

Job has held various international strategy, marketing and business management positions, both in B2C and B2B businesses. He founded Brandgiving® in 2009 and has worked on Employer Brand strategies for ING, TNT, Astellas Pharma Europe, Roche and Schaeffler Asia Pacific in Shanghai. Before that he was global Employer Brand Manager for Royal Philips Electronics.

Job studied Innovation Management at the Delft University of Technology and Economics at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. He is a passionate guest lecturer at various institutes and universities and contributed to a number of publications. His own book about the Brandgiving® six step model for Employer Brand Management will appear in 2011.

David studied Communication Management in Utrecht, writing his thesis on the possibilities of Employer Branding at a time when it was a hot topic many brands did not touch in fear of getting it wrong. How do all these major employer brands do it? David concluded at an early stage that when it came to measurability and checklists, Employer Branding was found wanting. He later joined Werken bij Merken BV, a Dutch company that validly assesses, compares and matches Employer Brands with Personal Brands. David is also responsible for the Employer Brand Scans product management at Employer Brand Insights, in this function he primarily busies himself with setting up surveys, developing tools and constructing reports.

Jordy recently graduated at the HES Business School in Amsterdam, where he studied International Business and Management. He has also attended Brighton Business School in the United Kingdom for half a year as an Erasmus exchange student, where he studied various internationally oriented subjects. Jordy started working for Werken bij Merken BV as a project management intern, which led to a permanent position in online marketing. He has also become an active member of the Employer Brand Insights team where has in the past performed market research and now occupies himself with the Employer Brand Scan partner programme.
