The Employer Brand Scan® is based on our Employer Brand Archetypes and identifies your unique employer brand within management and talent pool by looking at characteristic behavioral and cultural aspects and shared motivators and values.

Archetypes are idealized basic models which are believed to be imprinted in man’s psyche. There is a natural image of the father-model, the good friend, et cetera. While many brand archetypes can be defined, the Employer Brand Scan® uses the eight Employer Brand Archetypes listed below, which are considered the most effective.
