Archetypes are idealized basic models which are believed to be imprinted in man’s psyche. There is a natural image of the father-model, the good friend, et cetera. While many brand archetypes can be defined, the Employer Brand Scan® uses the eight Employer Brand Archetypes listed below, which are considered the most effective.
