Cooperation between Employer Brand Insights and RCA Group (Belgium)

This afternoon, Employer Brand Insights and RCA Group NV will sign an agreement that grants RCA Group the exclusive right to use the Employer Brand Scan® in the Belgian market. ‘The Employer Brand Scan allows us to identify the most important building blocks of an Employer Brand in a both quick and valid manner. Furthermore, with the Employer Brand Scan we are also able to access an international benchmark consisting of prior performed scans', says Sandra Vandoren at RCA Group.
 
International growth
‘The cooperation with RCA Group in the Belgian market is the first step taken in our ambition to make the Employer Brand Scan available to agencies and corporations worldwide, so that eventually all managers that want to measure their organization’s core values and transform this into a Talent Management programme can do so. Our goal is to have a European network of partners by the end of 2012, and aside from Belgium we have also received word from interested parties in the United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany and Russia. At this point in time we are exploring opportunities to offer the Employer Brand Scan to partners in these markets via our partner programme,’ adds Bjorn Veenstra at Employer Brand Insights.

Employer Brand Scan
The Employer Brand Scan consists of an online survey that identifies how an organization experiences its own Employer Brand. Directors, management and employees are surveyed anonymously, after which their answers are compared with a focus on shared cultural aspects, motivational drivers and underlying values. ‘Earlier this year the Employer Brand Scan was adopted in the Dutch 50, a yearly publication by the PDMA (Product Development & Marketing Association). This booklet showcases fifty promising Dutch innovations in both products and services’, says Job Mensink at Employer Brand Insights. At the time of publication, the following companies make use of the Employer Brand Scan: Ahold Europe, Rabobank Netherlands, Eiffel, Schaeffler Group Asia.

Research
An integral part of the cooperation is RCA Group’s commitment to further research Employer Branding in the Belgian market in both Dutch and French. This online Employer Brand research is based on the Employer Brand Maturity Grid as developed by Employer Brand Insights, and will further expand on a research project that has already surveyed over 100 large Dutch organizations. The results of the performed and continuing Dutch and Belgian research projects are published amongst the participating organizations and are also presented during the annually held Top 100 Summit.
